Your Staycation awaits!

The pros and cons of being a Staycationer

You’ve created an incredible business from scratch.

The fact that you have clients or customers, you have products to sell, and you have employees to begin with, speaks to your determination, stamina, and worth ethic as a small business leader.

You created something out of nothing & that can’t be understated.

You most likely have a team and some serious systems in place.

In order to take a Staycation at all, you hired or partnered with some A-Team players to help you in your business plus you’ve ALREADY set up some systems that can run without you. Go you!

The more you can delegate and trust others, the more freedom for you.

You are in a PERFECT position to start clockworking.

Because you already have systems in place, at this point in your business you can prioritize clockworking in order to take even LONGER staycations next month. Or maybe even a hotel stay if you get crazy 😉

Making time to clockwork your business will give you MORE time.

You are stuck hiring and in the day-to-day operations.

As a Staycationer, you are in a constant cycle of trying to hire and manage your teams. You’re still involved in all the day-to-day operations, but dreaming of being able to focus on strategy, new opportunities, and planning.

Staycationers are known to say, “I’ll have time to plan for next quarter sometime next quarter…”

You are the biggest bottleneck in
your business.

Most decisions or projects still need your stamp of approval before they can go out the door. This means you constantly feel like the bottleneck to things getting done in your business. Sure you don’t do ALL the work but you still have to APPROVE it.

You want to be the LEADER of your business but feel stuck as the bottleneck.

You haven’t been able to fully step into a CEO role yet.

Your business is growing so fast and there are so many opportunities! But instead of feeling like the CEO, you’ve effectively just created a job for yourself inside the business. It’s hard to fly the plane when you are managing the building of it.

Your team NEEDS you to be the CEO of the business. (Plus that’s why you started it in the first place, right!)

This program exceeded my expectations. I have stopped working 9-13 hour days, I now work approximately 6 hours a day but I’m working on more fulfilling tasks that are moving the business forward.

Co-Founder of
The Bucketlist Bombshells

Running a business as a solo founder is hard, so it is nice to get input from someone outside my company. My team members have been happy to take over some of the roles that I have been holding onto and doing by myself. I’m more conscious about the changes that I need to implement each week in order for my business to depend less on me.

Founder at Ombu Labs, The Lean Software Boutique

I wanted my team to run like clockwork, without my constant input, and now we’re well on our way to making that a reality. The content was killer and it was just the right amount, not overwhelming. The best part of it was that everything was very actionable + transformational.
